Merry Christmas! We've made it. It's Christmas Day. Merry Christmas to you one and all. Of course, today's message is going to be short and sweet. You don't need to be listening to me ramble on about mindful drinking or moderation at Christmas time. What you need to do today is go and enjoy yourself. Eat, drink, and be merry. Whatever that looks like for you. You have done a fantastic job this December of getting yourself to this magical day in a way that means that you can still be present with your family and be grateful to yourself for all the effort that you've put into it. So today, let go of the scorekeeping. There is no guilt, there are no rules, no I should have or I wish I had. Instead, today I want you to indulge, I want you to be happy, I want you to laugh, have fun, have hugs and smoochies under the mistletoe, whatever it is that makes you happy today, whoever you're spending the day with, whether it is with family, with friends, or as I know, some people like to spend Christmas Day on their own and just have some time to themselves. Whatever you're doing, Merry Christmas to you, and thank you for spending your December with me. I love you one and all.
